Warm Winter Days

First post for 2018. <3
So I'm starting with something a little broader than usual. I thought I'd share some of my looks this Winter.
The temperature has flucuated but some days are still surprisingly mild and even slightly warm.
Very easy and comfortable to wear a sweater or light jacket.
The majority of my outfits are pieces from: Dresslily

 Boots: Demonia

This sweater turned out to be one of my favorite items. It's quite comfortable with an easy fit. Sleeves were a perfect length on me. I'm very happy with this sweater.

I love these pants for there cool details. Mine fit slight big but thats simple because the ones available were a size or two up. Still with a belt they fit enough.
 Boots: Demonia

I feel like a jedi in this haha.
I love the length and shape on this one. However, the faux leather feels rather thin which I find feels strange with the other fabric.

This is an nice easy to wear piece. This is something I'd consider sort of a "basic" staple item for a long-sleeve for my personal style.

One thing I like most was most these pieces are good for layering. So when it's colder you can just layer up a bit more.
I hope everyone is staying warm and stylish for 2018 so far.

Black Magick

First Autumn OOTDs.

These outfits are primarily from Dresslily.

I went with a more minimalist nu-goth look with this outfit.
Something with simple and plain shapes but layering to bring out the movement of the clothing. I accessorized with silver jewelry to contrast against the black but without over-powering the outfit.
I'm just not a fan of gold tones honestly.

I liked this outfit because it was somewhat simple and easy to wear yet unique looking. The split cut of the long shirt gives it options for layering.

Tunic shirt by Dresslily
Boots: New Rock

With scarf (something I picked up during a Winter Clearance).

I enjoyed the fabric on this shirt. It has a distressed look.
This shirt was pretty soft and comfortable but ordering a L, I think it fit me slightly big. Sleeve length however on me, was PERFECT.

The last shirt was a plain black tank top. This shirt had a slightly asymmetrical cut and I ended up really liking it!
The fabric was quite soft so I will likely will this fairly often.

VirginBlak Review

I have another store to review for today!

This time it's for Virginblak, which is trendy shop for men's fashion based in Korea.

I've ordered from Virginblak numerous times so I'll show you what I ordered this time and some of my favorites from the past!

I decided to get one of the Virginblak gift package boxes which was a mystery box of merchandise. The box cost $39.99 and consisted of 2 sunglasses, 2 beanies, 2 misc accessories, and 2 Shirts.

This was sort of fun as I got to see what I'd get not really knowing what to expect! First the packaging was the nicest I'd seen from Virginblak as it had it's own giftbox and everything inside was individually wrapped.

First were the beanies, there were two in the box. One charcoal and a khaki/camel color one. I honestly haven't really worn beanies before but these were soft and appropriate for the current season. I think I'd at least try out the charcoal color one if it gets cold enough.

Second there were two different sunglasses. And I have to point out it was really nice how the sunglasses each had their own individual packaging and also had a cloth for wiping dust and also to protect the lenses. The first were a color style and the second much more monochrome, I think it was a good difference of variety.

Third there was this spiked bracelet. I love this bracelet! I found it to be totally my style so it's one of my favorite accessories in the box.

One of the most unusual items were these faux tattoo sleeves, I haven't tried them on yet so I'm not sure how they look. I don't have any tattoos myself but I'm sure I'll find a use for them in a costume or something perhaps.

Lastly I had two different shirts. One was a long sleeve shirt in grey and I found this very easy to wear for the upcoming season. I've been wanting more long-sleeves so I think it's going to be something I'll get plenty of use out of. The other was a really interesting and unusual type of leather garment, sort of like a sleeveless leather tunic. The second was definitely unusual but it seems perfect to at least get some photos in so I think I'll save that for another time.

If I had to score everything I'd say...

Packaging: 10/10
Delivery Speed: 7/10
Value: 8/10

Overall I think the gift package was a lot of fun to get as it's just a mystery box and so it's sort of a fun surprise. And in total there are 8 items in the box so it's a definite savings compared to the regular value of their items. Although you might get some stuff that isn't as much your style or color you'll likely enjoy most of it if you like the general style of their clothes. I'm happy I got the box as I even got some items I never saw or likely would have got on my own so it's a way to try out some new stuff!

Anyway besides the box you can always just order their clothes individually.
And... as promised here some photos of me in some of favorite clothes I've gotten from Virginblak in the past!

The first is some jeans, I wear these pretty often. They're just so versatile and go with pretty much everything I own!
The second is a black cardigan which is great for layering.
And the third is a sleeveless fishnet cardigan top, I seriously think this is one of the most unique things I own.
