Black Magick

First Autumn OOTDs.

These outfits are primarily from Dresslily.

I went with a more minimalist nu-goth look with this outfit.
Something with simple and plain shapes but layering to bring out the movement of the clothing. I accessorized with silver jewelry to contrast against the black but without over-powering the outfit.
I'm just not a fan of gold tones honestly.

I liked this outfit because it was somewhat simple and easy to wear yet unique looking. The split cut of the long shirt gives it options for layering.

Tunic shirt by Dresslily
Boots: New Rock

With scarf (something I picked up during a Winter Clearance).

I enjoyed the fabric on this shirt. It has a distressed look.
This shirt was pretty soft and comfortable but ordering a L, I think it fit me slightly big. Sleeve length however on me, was PERFECT.

The last shirt was a plain black tank top. This shirt had a slightly asymmetrical cut and I ended up really liking it!
The fabric was quite soft so I will likely will this fairly often.

Glitter Galactic - Space Grunge

I'm really excited to share this particular look! Particularly as it's just such a different type of look than I've often done. I feel like I say that a lot, but it's always true I swear lol.
One of the highlights I centered around this look was the SHOES!

Because they are just too cool, and so shiny!
These are the Glitter Galactic Qozmo by YRU

They are quite colorful, yet the color is subtle at the same time. The colors are dark cool colors (blues, teals, purple etc.) but they shine when the light hits them making the colors really pop too.
All the little glittery specks are little colored gems encrusted on. One thing to be aware of is you will notice some of the little gem pieces fleck off at times but theres so many that I have not even noticed any missing on the shoes themselves.

Be Weird, Be You.

And of course my outfit!
As I mentioned I centered the look on the shoes. I wanted it to be dark of course but a little bit of color to go with the shoes somehow. Luckily my hair was purple so I think it actually helped balance the look.

If I had to describe a style for this, it would be something like Space Goth or Space Grunge.
I also remembered about this blue and black glittery belt I had gotten many years back from Hot Topic. It actually paired great being glittery as well... but of course it hardly showed up in my pictures. XD
Heres a close-up anyway.

Summer Goth

Hi guys, sorry I did disappear again a bit. I swear this time I'm honestly back (and actually home).
I've had a lot going on and a lot of personal stuff to take care of.
But right now that I'm getting some extra recovery time I'm devoting it to things like my blog again. <3
I've been meaning to share one of my Summer looks. Now I'll be honest it's really difficult wearing all black in the Summer heat. Actually painful honestly so most of us really just stay inside as much as possible... but you know when you do have to go outside somewhere, MAKE IT COUNT. XP

Here I'm wearing a simple graphic tee with a cool Sphinx cat with a fishnet underneath. I've always loved layering fishnets under other shirts because they instantly make a shirt more cool. And I just like how it looks.
The cat tshirt is actually a crop top which isn't something I normally do but it's Summer and the trend is back (for some reason).

This is me with my bitch face wanting Summer to be over because I hate it and it's hot AF in AZ.

I also took some pictures with a friend of mine for a change. We actually have been taking photos every once and awhile this whole year which has been fun. :3

I used some other jewelry just to add to the outfit a bit. I love rings and recently got some random ones just so I'd have some I could wear more regularly.
And of course my platforms are Qozmo - Sky from YRU. <3
I love them because they are so high.

My Return!

Hey guys!
Back with an update!
I know this year I haven't been around that much (sorry about that!).
I've kinda been through a lot this year but the good news is I have still been doing a lot of work that I have yet to share here (and even elsewhere)!

I thought I'd share some looks I did already but hadn't posted yet.
I thought this vest was interesting, and although it's like a synthetic fur it actually has a really high quality and luxurious look. The fabric reminds me of something like an exotic bird's feathers.
I remember picking up this vest during the winter. It's still a lightweight material so it was appropriate to wear through the Winter as it's just not that cold in Arizona.

The rest of the outfit it shows a necklace I got for myself but I can't remember where from anymore!
And the rest of my outfit is a pretty common what I'd say standard outfit for myself. A plain black tank is so useful and I can never have too many as they tend to disappear or wear out quickly. But, I can layer them with pretty much anything.
I'm also always trying to get enough skinny pants with some interesting little details. These pants had the black cord lacing at the sides which I thought was a cool touch but still subtle enough to not be so distracting or hard to pair with.

If you recognize the pants, I'm wearing my beloved Demonia CLASH platform boots. <3
For me these will always be in style.

I still have more to share, so I'll do my best to update again soon!

What I'm wearing:
Vest: Rue21
Necklace: I forgot ^^;
Pants: Forever21
Boots: Demonia

~Fashion and Jewelry

Currently I'm in finals week!
I only have a couple more classes til I'm graduating (finally!). Despite that I'm always still working on my fashion and hope you'll enjoy my newest review.

Today's outfit is all about the modern trendy edgy style. Nowadays things I already love like all black outfits and platforms have quite the following.
However looser fits aren't something I've worn so much but I decided to experiment with it.

Today's review is a familiar site I've shown before, it's banggood!

Banggood is an affordable online store that not only offers clothing and accessories but many others things as well.
As usual I'm focusing on fashion so I'll talk about some new stuff I got!
In fact, I'll be doing a part two of this review for the remaining items.

                                                                     Irregular Batwing Shirt

As I mentioned baggier, looser fit clothes aren't something that usually suits me but I picked out this one shirt because I liked the print and it's sort of unique look it had.
It sort of looks like a type of inverted photograph, kinda fitting for me anyway since I love photography but I also like subtle more abstract things.

Anyway, after wearing this shirt I'm really pleased with it and the looser fit is actually extremely comfortable particularly with warm weather. On top of that, I even like the oversized fit it has, the cut of the shirt still looks good without being shapeless.
It's also available in two colors, check it out here for under $10!

Now moving on to some jewelry. I got several jewelry pieces and they're really affordable so you can easily bundle several together and still get a lot for what you pay for.

First I got these two rings because I thought they were pretty cool and unique.
And I like interesting jewelry like this.

Butterfly Joint Ring                                                               Double V Ring

I also got a couple necklaces as well.
I liked them as well. Though I should mention I got the black color of the triangle pendant and it's a bit more like a dark silver.

                                                                           Ball Chain

~Back In *Mostly* Black

I have some new looks to share today!

I did three different styles with an emphasis on  slight changes to show how much you can change up your outfit with even one or two different things.
I tried more of a nu-goth look for this and as always you can let me know what you think or what you liked most. Several items are from www.dresslink.com as well.

Outfit 1
This was my favorite. I just love this sheer black duster! It's lightweight, easy to wear and it really gives you a sense of character and has that sort of witchy, mysterious look. One of my favorite things about it as well is the sleeves, they're extra long, which means they fit even my rather long arms (and I love when long sleeves cover my full arm).

Tank Top: Tony Hawk
Jeans: H&M
Shoes: YRU

Outfit 2
Sheer Shirt: Dresslink
Necklace: ShePaintsWithBlood
Sunglasses: Dresslink

I love the shape of these sunglasses. They're really quirky but dark and full of attitude.
Both the sunglasses and the sleeveless sheer shirt I am wearing over the tank top are both from Dresslink!

Outfit 3
My third and final oufit was definitely the most different from my typical study. Floral and colorful patterns are quite trendy, particularly for Summer/Spring. The modernized kimono cardigan is also quite popular right now.  The one I am wearing is a sheer blue kimono top with floral pattern from Dresslink once again. Even though it's bright and colorful, I stayed true to my own style and kept the look edgy and dark.
